Missing merge review tickets, core->extras dependencies

Hm, right, there's a review from May-June 2006, #193187.  If someone has a 
list of the already reviewed cases which aren't participating in the current 
review, it'd be useful to have it somewhere in public.

That'd be nice.  Does the Core build system have Extras repos configured 
already now?
