Reviews with flags and notification mails

Hi,

RH's bugzilla has some In-Reply-To: magic to allow notification mails
to nicely thread up on bugzilla # to allow for easier reading through
them. The new flag mechanism does not yet thread the flagging, so one
can easily miss "APPROVED" flagging (at least I missed them until I
saw them lingering in the mbox a single posts).

Could someone fix that? Thanks!
