Move gutenprint from Extras into Core?

AFAICT, the gutenprint stuff we have in F7 does *not* obsolete all
of gimp-print:

[notting at nostromo: ~]$ rpm -q gutenprint
gutenprint-5.0.0-4.fc7
[notting at nostromo: ~]$ rpm -qa | grep gimp-print
gimp-print-4.2.7-24.fc7

Is this intentional?
