Heads up for login managers

Hey,
The major chunk of fast-user-switching has landed in Rawhide and as such
if a desktop session requires non-trival services from HAL the login
manager launching the session needs to be patched to poke ConsoleKit.
I've filed a tracking bug for this
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=228110
along with explanations and pointers to patches on how to do this. This
is in gdm already but work is needed for other login managers
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=228111 (kdm)
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=228079 (wdm)
Please file bugs against other login managers (I can't think of others
than kdm and, as I just learned, wdm) if you need non-trivial HAL
support in desktop sessions launched from these. Thanks.
David
