wxGTK2 status and testing

(it's conceivable that this is a wxPython or bittorrent problem, but the 
same bittorrent package works fine with wx 2.6.x)

I intend to revert bittorrent in Rawhide to 4.4.x, which uses a pygtk2 GUI.
