Where is Conga?

Don't worry about the process.  There's already a ticket open, with a
reviewer attached:

The process died because the package failed to build and the package
submitter (which seems to be you) never replied to that or submitted
any new packages.

So start by making some fresh packages and posting links to them in
that ticket.  At worst the reviewer will decide he doesn't want to
continue reviewing and someone else will take over.
