That was the plan as decided at the Fedora Summit.

Given that Test3 is the Feature Freeze, and we've created a Test4 after that,
and that both koji and plague use mock as the building tool, yes I feel
confident switching them at this point. Getting koji in place is a precursor
to merging all the packages.

I'm of the opinion that if we can't meet the Test3 deadline for koji, we may
do a release without the merger, still composing out of the two package
collections and target F8 for the merger. This is just me thinking outload,
no official statement or anything.

That's the plan. Adding new packages may be an extra step or two for the
cvsadmin for a bit, but 'make tag, make build' should all do the same things.
You'll gain a lot more functionality out of the build system but you can
completely ignore it if you want.
