A week seems fine for FC3, since I needinfo'd all of those before. (There's
currently 16 still open for whatever reason.) It might be good to wait a bit
longer before moving FC4 bugs out of needinfo state, since there's probably
a handful that really do deserve to be moved up to a newer version and it's
worth giving reporters a little bit of time.
