install-info scriptlet failures

Whoo, you got to it before I did. My mock setups all have "nodocs" set
which is a good way to see the breakage upon install. I have one
"nodocs" machine as well, which caused some pain when upgrading it from
FC5 to FC6. A few packages had broken scripts which caused a "multiple
package versions installed" situation. Though I don't think I had the
presence of mind to note which ones.
