Fedora 7 Test 1 Freeze tomorrow

I plan on locking down the internal dist-fc7 collection at close of business 
tomorrow, which is roughly 18:00 EST, 23:00 UTC.

The targets have changed a bit, we're only going to compose Fedora Desktop, 
and a LiveCD to accompany it.  Other spins may be done later and be published 
in a yet to be determined locations, as we try to fine tune them, but for 
the "official" test 1, just the desktop.
