I don't think so. In my opinion this is a bug in rpmbuild scripts,
reported here:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=209316

I see no reason to workaround it in my spec instead of fixing it where
it should be (given that its effects are harmless).
