Packages with optflags and/or debuginfo issues

If upstream changes its mind and starts doing shared libraries, you are
in trouble. So it is better, in my opinion to work with upstream to try
to have shared libraries, than try to do your own, except when you are
sure that upstream is dead and nobody will restart the project.
