scrollkeeper is a little different.  On package install it calls:
  scrollkeeper-update -q -o /usr/share/omf/NAME || :

to process the just-installed omf file whereas ldconfig and
gtk-update-icon-cache rescan all libraries or icons in a hierarchy.
