libwnck soname up

A heads up,

libwnck 2.19.3 changes the soname. I've hit just the one bug which seems
to block pretty much everything else that needs rebuilding.

If anyone has an idea on how to work-around the problem. What surprises
me is that the library and daemon that uses it aren't in the same source
package.
