cegui review & heads up

Hi,

I maintain cegui in Fedora which is currently at version 0.4.1. I would 
eventually like to push the 0.5 branch for FC6+ but feel the SPEC has 
changed significantly enough that another review would prove useful.

Currently AFAICS only chess and probably Ogre3D have dependancies on 
this. The maintainer (Hans de Goede) is aware of the intentions. So 
basically  this is a heads up to anyone maintaining a package I might 
have missed or is planning on using cegui.
