Info for package maintainers

Hi,
I am confused about the various changes in F7 that affect packagers.
Although I have successfully set up koji and build some of my packages
with it, I really do not know if everything was correct and complete.
For example I read about the updates system on the ML, but I have not
found any usable information on the wiki. It would be nice if there was
a FAQ on the wiki with everything that a packager for F7 must know in
order to publish his packages.
