For Provides:, I'd just do standard library dirs + ld.so.conf.d. However,
if you do this, you'll need/want to also add a patch that filters Requires:
on things Provided: in the same package, otherwise you'll get Requires:
you can't fill.

Then, do a mass rebuild and see what breaks.
