Yes -- the stuff from the PC could be moved to the Packaging/Guidelines/ 
and the organizational stuff (meeting schedule, guidelines drafts) could 
be under FPC/ or PackagingCommittee/ (and that from FESCo below FESCo/

Well, moving the pages around is a lot of work (it's not like it's a 
simple rename of a directory), so I'd say we use this moving time to 
clean the structure that evolved over time up a bit.

Might be an option, albeit one that gets confusing one over time. So 
sooner or later we need to change this. But I'm fine to do that for 
example right after F7 if we want (that's actually something I'd prefer).
