Yeah, there's some confusion there.  Thomas orphaned it, I picked it up,
but initialcc is still set.

I don't care either way.  There's two bugs open (by you) that need
fixing and I just don't have time at the moment.  If anyone wants to fix
those up, feel free.  The ACLs should be open.  There's a start for the
fixes even.
