We're removing fpserv from the mix.  Its just a middle man

Secret:
Lots of stuff happens in Fedora.

Right now the build process goes from buildsys to fpserv to a box in RH 
via rsync.  Jeremy and I are looking to have red hat get it directly 
from buildsys.  We've been discussing this in #fedora-admin.  Those 
wishing to learn about whats going on in infrastructure would be wise to 
sit and examine that public room as many secrets are shared.
