On minor suggestion: why not put the full IRC log below the minutes on 
the same wiki page, just like it is done for FESCo reports? See
http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/Extras/SteeringCommittee/Meeting-20070301

That would result in only one page per meeting and not two -- one page 
less the wiki has to take care of (might be a bit quicker during wikie 
searches and is less cruft in general afaics).
