setting a flag via bugzilla's xlmrpc interface?

Hey all--

RH's bugzilla has a (poorly documented) xmlrpc interface.  Does anyone
know either:

* how to get/set flags using it?
* where it's documented?  (Assuming I just can't find it; I might just
be looking in the wrong places)
* or, best of all, where a copy of xmlrpc.cgi is kicking around, that
I can take a peek at?
