moving java-1.5.0-gcj and sinjdoc from Extras to Core

Hi,

I introduced java-1.5.0-gcj and sinjdoc into Extras, thinking that the 
Core/Extras merge would happen sooner than it has.  This is a problem because 
Brew can't pull build requirements from Extras.  I'm working with releng to move 
java-1.5.0-gcj and sinjdoc into Core.  In the meantime, you may have problems 
building Java packages in Brew.  I'll post an update when the move has happened.
