Proposal: Automate fedora-maintainers subscriptions

Isn't subscription to fedora-maintainers at redhat.com even required for
contributors? So maybe the script could go ahead and subscribe instead
of invite to shorten the procedure?

Also if there are no security issues between the accounts managing
machine and the mailing list server, maybe an

echo mail at somewhere.tld | ssh listserver ~mailman/bin/add_members -r - fedora-maintainers at redhat.com 

is already enough?
