Rename cvsextras?

I am indeed aware that there is a CVS tree which the cvsfedora group
partially controls access to (and indeed I have access to it), but I
have not seen it called "cvsfedora" before.

I never mentioned and did not intend to imply joining the multiple CVS
repositories, although at some point I suppose the repository under
cvs/dist and the one under cvs/extras will merge in some way.  I was
only speaking of the account group named "cvsfedora" in the account
system.
