I'm late in the game, but I would have prefered to differentiate Fedora
SIG and Packaging SIGs a bit more. Maybe

SIGs/ for Fedora Sigs
PackagingSGIs/ or SIGs/Packaging/ for Packaging SIGs

But well, to late now probably.
