Plan for tomorrows (20070322) FESCO meeting

I'd like a brief period to talk about the Package Database.  The
features that I've tagged as necessary for deployment should be done in
two to four weeks.  I can give a summary of what it does and then maybe
some brief discussion about whether anyone has any misgivings about
deploying before F7.  (Not planning on any final decisions at this
meeting... I also have to give an update to Infrastructure and see if
they have any feedback as well.)

Adding it as a full topic for next week's meeting would be appreciated
as well.
