Yes, since you haven't touched/rebuilt your packages for Fedora 7 yet.
Perhaps because no update was needed so far. You can tell. ;)

Hence Fedora Extras Development started with copies of the Fedora Extras
6 packages, and that is what you see in the repository whenever a package
has not been updated.

Many other packages have a fc6 dist tag, because they haven't been
updated either.

The "Built by jkeating" is misleading, since Jesse only added the existing
packages from the repository to koji's database without (re-)building them
actually.
