Remove /cvs/dist, symlink to /cvs/pkgs?

Didn't we remove /cvs/pkgs in favor of /cvs/dist just a couple years
ago?

Maybe this is just part of a plan to keep developers on their toes.
Randomly rename the repository every so often, just to see who is
able to keep up with the game...
