OUTAGE cvs.fedora.redhat.com down

The infrastructure team are hard at work with the branch, but it's
taking longer than anicipated (as outages seem to...).

If you see messages such as:

ssh: connect to host cvs.fedora.redhat.com port 22: Connection refused
cvs [log aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if
any)

Don't be alarmed it's known about and is due to cvs being offline for
the branch.

Normal service will be restored following the branch. 

We apologise for any inconvenience.
