No build notification mails from koji (was: Re: Broken upgrade paths in F7)

Eh, and of course while I wrote the above, two build notifications arrived 
properly in my inbox.  Still no trace of any buildNotification tasks in the 
koji web UI though, even for those two mails that I got.
