Upon seeing the content of these mails, it was obvious that due to how
content was being copied, the mails didn't (and couldn't) actually have any
useful content in them. As they also slowed down the import process
tremendously, it's been shut off. This cuts down the import time for
a package from ~35 seconds to 5-10 seconds.
