Makefile: URL to nonexistant wiki page when koji is missing

Hiyas,

when I run make build withou having koji installed I get the following error:

Must have koji installed - see 
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BuildSystemClientSetup
make: *** [koji] Fehler 1

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BuildSystemClientSetup is an empty page, so this 
should be fixed. I do not know which page it should be,

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/BuildSystemClientSetup

only mentions plague. Maybe it is this page:

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/CoreExtrasMerge/FAQ
