where to report koji issues?

Your tail of the task timed out, the task continued.  I looked at 
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/builds and saw the gnash build still going 
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=6414

You could watch it again on the cli with 'koji watch-task 6414'
