Remove /cvs/dist, symlink to /cvs/pkgs?

Before Merge:
/cvs/dist   replicated copy of Core from RH's internal CVS
/cvs/extras

After Merge:
/cvs/dist    no longer updated)
/cvs/pkgs    moved from /cvs/extras with /cvs/dist stuff merged into it
/cvs/extras  symlink pointing at /cvs/pkgs

Why not remove /cvs/dist and symlink it to /cvs/pkgs too?  OK well, I 
guess it isn't that simple because FC-5 and FC-6 still needs to be 
replicated from RH's /cvs/dist.  Is it possible to symlink only devel 
for now?
