Broken upgrade paths in F7

It sends mails on success and failure of the build, to the owner listed for 
said package.  You seem to be listed as the owner, so you should have gotten 
the mail, unless there is something between koji and you that is blocking the 
mail from being delivered.

buildinfo takes arguments.  You'd typically get to a buildinfo link through 
something like http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=2934 
page which lists a few builds, such as 
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=6550 this failed build 
of perl-File-Copy-Recursive
