No build notification mails from koji (was: Re: Broken upgrade paths in F7)

Ditto, nor do I remember ever receiving those.  Earlier it at least tried (see 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/239182) but now my 5 most recent builds do not 
have a buildNotification task, there's only buildSRPMFromCVS, a bunch of 
buildArch's, and finally a tagBuild (eg. 
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=10591).  scop at fp.org 
works.
