When I looked this morning I noticed the metadata for the needsign repo
was freshly generated and didn't contain any informations about packages
-- dgilmore told me he regenerated it. And in between there were some
builds again.

Yeah, your correct, so my conclusions from my "quick look" were wrong. :-/
