PR for launch of the marketing project

We definitely need to come up with this, as a point to remember

Something to post to fedora-announce-list@ and cc all the important folk
like LWN, and so on

This is part of marketing the marketing project; I think it can be done
in the open, on list (unlike release notes which need to be a little
more secret)

We after all want as much attention as possible, and also want two
country representatives (and if country is big, regional representatives
- USA, Australia, for example)
