So I made a mistake.  I don't have to be in front of Legal, Greg can
take care of that.  Greg and I just met face to face as it was quicker
to spitball that way.  We made a lot of good progress, and he is
preparing something for the list.  I do believe he'll be posting
something tomorrow for discussion before making any proposals.
