grokking the FF

The problem with the Fedora Foundation, of course, is that no one knows
quite what it is yet. Including internal Redhatters to some degree. :/

My take on the mission of FF in general:

1. Take the ASF documentation;
2. s/ASF/FF/g;
3. Cut to fit where it doesn't, quite.

My take on the mission of the Fedora marketing project, in particular:

A. Short term
  1. Recruitment
  2. Advertising
  3. Brand issues (with heavy help from RH initially)

B. Long term
  1. All of those, plus
  2. Fund raising
