Good point.

Pragmatically, the reason for holding the events at LWCEs:

1. A large critical mass;
2. An excuse to fly Redhatters there on someone else's budget.

It's all about budget.  Until there's a larger pile of money devoted to
FUDCons and other Fedora events, it's a matter of opportunistic
pragmatism.
