The Documentation Project might like to take that color, seeing as we
are otherwise unrepresented, and it's kind of pretty.

However, we might want to pause and see what emotions are attached to
those colors and see that the colors fit.  Or is that too touchy-feely
for email?

I like the red of "core4" for Core.  Having "project" and "foundation"
the same color makes sense, they are nearly synonymous.

Extras will need a new color, or it will clash with Legacy green.  The
magenta might do best for Extras, as it's a "variation" on the red.
Sort-of within the same visual palette.

What other colors do we have?  What happens when we "run out" of colors?
Should we have some scheme for picking colors within palettes?
