The decision we reached is to wait until the existing nomination closing
time, which is today, to see if there are enough candidates for FDSCo
seats.  If not, we'll take the postponement to the end of the month.

Thanks for bringing this to the list.  FWIW, I think we should decide at
nomination closing time, 2359 UTC on 2007-12-12.  If we don't have
enough nominations, no reason to make a logjam.
