Thats kind of how I was thinking it might have to work too.  :-(  At
the very least its the safest route.  In my experience, when dealing
with lawyers its best not to make them cranky.  ;-)

I'm right there with you.  I figured it was a good topic to ask about
up front as I'm sure we might run into it as part of the project.
