Proped New Meeting Time?

Okay so the new meeting time will be Tuesday at 21.00 UTC.  We will 
still have a meeting this week, because there is much to discuss, and 
then again on Tuesday which will give us the weekend to follow up on things.

I'll send out a new announce.
