Maybe you should choose a time from among our candidate times that is
not already in use and settle on that.  When you say you requested a
certain slot, I'm not sure with whom -- I didn't know there was really
an arbiter other than the community figuring things out openly between
themselves.  Were you trying to get Spins SIG to move times, or is
there some other conflict?
