Thanks. We can do that balance assuming we get both kind of questions 
periodically.

I improvised slightly.

"Please indicate if you do not wish your name and/or email address to be 
published."

So only those who wish to keep their details private need to specify 
that. We will push names and addresses (mangled?) by default. Sounds ok?
