FWN Issue 90 publish delay

OK, I was able to finish my few edits.  I took the opportunity while the
Wiki was working to:

Thomas -- I haven't built up the sendable FWN before, so I'm not sure I
did it all correctly.  It seemed obvious what to do, but please
double-check the work.  I only grabbed the beats with a green checkmark
next to them.
