About slightly outdated ocaml and lablgtk in Fedora and EPEL

Peter,

I've pushed out lablgtk 2.10.0 to F9 (devel) here:

http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=229597

Please let me know if it works for you, and if it does we can have a 
look at backporting it to F8.

As for EPEL, I've requested that a bunch of OCaml-related packages go in 
to EPEL, but still waiting on those.  If those are successful, I'll take 
a look at getting access to lablgtk in EPEL too.
